Subscription Billing

After your free trial ends, you'll be charged according to your selected plan. All subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to all features until your subscription expires.

Non-Refundable Items

All payments are final and non-refundable, including:

• Monthly and annual subscription fees
• SMS credits that have already been used
• Custom setup or training services
• Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
